How We Solve It
We apply Advanced Flame Retardant (FR) chemical bonding for cotton drills and inherent FR yarns (`Modacrylic/Aramid`) for permanent safety compliance (`EN ISO 11612 & NFPA 2112`). Our Durable Water & Oil Repellent (DWR) finishes retain Grade 4 water repellency even after 50 commercial washes.

How We Solve It
We perform continuous Swiss bio-polishing enzymatic treatments during finishing that digest protruding loose micro-fibers. Coupled with precision mechanical singeing and sueding, our fabrics achieve Grade 4.5+ Pilling & Abrasion Resistance (`ASTM D4970`).
High Formaldehyde & Toxic Chemical Odors

How We Solve It
We exclusively utilize formaldehyde-free cross-linking resins and eco-certified softeners from Advanced Eco-Finish and Rudolph Group. Every meter of finished fabric is guaranteed to contain <16 ppm formaldehyde, fully complying with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I (`Baby Safety`).
After applying flame retardant, water repellent, or simple peach-skin brushing finishes, the fabric undergoes strict heat-setting on our stenter frames to lock in dimensional stability before moving to our laboratory.
