For custom lab dip dyeing to your specific PANTONE® TCX targets, the standard MOQ is 1,000 meters per shade for knits and 2,000 meters for wovens. For newly engineered custom structures requiring specialized knitting needles or weaving setups, MOQ ranges from 2,000 to 3,000 meters.

You provide your target PANTONE® TCX/TPG code or send physical cuttings (`minimum 3x3 cm`) to our Yiwu laboratory desk. Our integrated dye technicians scan the swatch using Spectrophotometer 800 spectrophotometers and prepare three lab dip options (`Shades A, B, and C`) within 4 business days. We dispatch these cuttings worldwide via DHL Express for physical hand-feel and shade approval (`3-4 days transit`). We guarantee strict delta-E < 0.5 color consistency.

We support flexible international Incoterms. Standard commercial bulk export is handled under FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai (`our Dongyang manufacturing network is located just 2.5 hours from both major deep-water ports`). We also offer CIF (`Cost, Insurance, and Freight`) to major global destination ports and full DDP (`Delivered Duty Paid`) container delivery for select markets in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia upon request.

Our standard payment structure for international bulk container export is 30% T/T (`Telegraphic Transfer`) advance deposit upon signing the bilingual sales contract, and 70% balance T/T against digital copy of the Bill of Lading (`B/L`). For large-volume container orders (`exceeding $50,000 USD`), we also accept 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (`L/C`) at sight issued by first-tier international banks.

We adhere strictly to the American Standard 4-Point System (`ASTM D5430`) during 100% pre-shipment roll table inspection. Any roll exceeding 40 penalty points per 100 linear yards is automatically rejected and reworked before container loading. Every shipment includes a signed electronic inspection report and lab physical test certificates (`shrinkage <3% and pilling Grade 4+`). If any hidden defect exceeding 40 points passes our sensors, we issue direct credit or replacement yardage upon verification.

Yes. Every bulk shipment of our recycled polyester (`GRS 4.0 certified`) is accompanied by an official, verifiable Transaction Certificate (`TC`) issued directly by Control Union Certifications (`CU 891245`). The TC lists your exact invoice number, net weight, and recycled bottle chain-of-custody tracking code, ensuring seamless compliance with EU and North America.

Yes. We strongly encourage checking quality in person before committing to container production. We provide free physical A4 shade books across our Knitted, Woven, and Work-Wear & Protective Fabrics series, as well as 1-5 meter sample yardage cuttings for garment prototype sewing. Samples are dispatched directly via DHL Worldwide Express.

Absolutely. Our Dongyang technical network operates as a fully integrated R&D ecosystem. We can adjust open width from 140 cm up to 210 cm (`or tubular width for knits`), modify GSM density (`+/- 10 GSM precision`), and apply chemical or mechanical functional finishes such as Certified Flame Retardant (FR) (`EN ISO 11612`), water & oil repellent DWR finishes, bio-polishing, and anti-static conductive carbon grids.
