Precision Yarn Strength & Evenness Verification
Before a single cone of yarn enters our weaving or knitting rooms, our QA team conducts rigorous Precision Tensor testing. We check yarn tenacity, twist multiplier tolerances, and moisture content to ensure zero thin spots, slubs, or contamination.
Why Brands Switch to Our Production Line
Hidden Yarn Slubs, Contamination & Weak Tensile Spots
"Garment factories frequently experience catastrophic needle breaks and fabric holes during high-speed knitting or weaving because incoming yarn lots contain hidden foreign fiber contamination, thin/thick slubs, and uneven tensile strength."
How We Solve It
Every raw yarn lot delivered to our Dongyang production facility undergoes 100% pre-spinning tensor inspection using computerized Precision Tensor Testing Equipment equipment. We rigorously test tenacity (N/tex), twist multiplier uniformity, and hairiness index (`H-value`). Any yarn cone failing strict statistical evenness tolerance is immediately rejected.
Uncontrolled Yarn Moisture Regain & Weight Loss Disputes
"Textile buyers often lose up to 4% of pure cotton yarn weight during storage and processing due to uncalibrated moisture regain (`dry yarn`), causing short yardage output during bulk greige knitting."
How We Solve It
We maintain precision digital electronic conditioning ovens. Incoming cotton, polyester, and functional composite yarns are tested at standard atmospheric conditions (`20°C +/- 2°C, 65% relative humidity`) to verify exact commercial weight and moisture regain before entering our knitting room.
Yarn Dye Lot Variance & Barre Defect Prevention
"Mixing different spinning lots or unverified optical brightener levels leads to severe horizontal barre stripes (`horizontal shadow lines`) across finished dyed fabric rolls."
How We Solve It
Our QA engineers enforce strict single-lot batch segregation and UV blacklight optical brightener inspection. Yarn lots from different spinning dates or spindle origins are strictly segregated with scannable RFID pallet tags, eliminating structural barre defects before knitting begins.
Once the yarn passes our strict strength and evenness tensor testing, it is securely transported to our Dongyang knitting and weaving hubs. We ensure zero moisture loss during transit so the yarn is perfectly conditioned for high-speed loom processing.
