Real-Time Optical & Dimensional Control
During stenter heat-setting and finishing, automated optical inspection cameras monitor roll width tolerances, density (GSM), and surface anomalies in real-time, allowing operators to make instant micron-level adjustments.
Why Brands Switch to Our Production Line
Unflagged Weaving Faults & Holes Hidden Inside Rolls
"Garment cutting tables are frequently brought to a halt when automated spreading machines encounter unflagged holes, broken ends, missing picks, or oil slubs buried deep inside bulk rolls, destroying marker efficiency."
How We Solve It
Our integrated Dongyang testing network operates 12 automated optical and manual table inspection lines. We conduct 100% pre-shipment roll examination according to the American Standard 4-Point System (`ASTM D5430`). Every single defect is physically flagged with a gold edge marker and logged into our digital quality database.
Exceeding International 4-Point Penalty Tolerances
"Trading companies frequently ship 'B-grade' or 'stock-lot' mixed rolls containing upwards of 60 to 100 defect penalty points per 100 linear yards, causing massive fabric waste and bulk garment order rejections."
How We Solve It
We enforce strict 'A-Grade' quality export standards. We guarantee that every commercial roll shipped achieves <= 40 penalty points per 100 linear yards (`with zero major defects over 36 inches`). Any roll exceeding this threshold is cut out or downgraded to domestic stock.
Inconsistent Roll Widths & Wavy Selvedges
"Garment factories experience severe marker fallout (`up to 6% fabric loss`) when roll widths narrow unexpectedly during spreading (`e.g., nominal 150 cm dropping to 144 cm in the middle of the roll`)."
How We Solve It
During continuous stenter heat-setting and final table inspection, automated electronic width sensors measure edge-to-edge fabric width every 10 meters. We guarantee strict width consistency within +/- 1 cm across the entire length of every roll.
Our optical cameras and manual inspection teams verify every meter of fabric on illuminated frames. Once a roll is deemed 100% defect-free and within GSM tolerance, it is immediately sent for export packing.
