Rotary & Digital Sublimation Printing
For patterned fabrics and custom camouflage protective fabrics, our facility features 12-color rotary screen printing lines and high-definition digital textile printers using OEKO-TEX® certified water-based and reactive inks.
Why Brands Switch to Our Production Line
Blurry Pattern Registration & Screen Misalignment
"Multi-color rotary printed fabrics often suffer from white gaps, overlapping color bleeding, and distorted pattern outlines due to poor screen registration on high-speed printing lines."
How We Solve It
Our Zimmer magnetic roller rotary screen printing lines feature precision laser-guided registration systems (`accurate within 0.1 mm across up to 12 colors`). Every screen is electronically synchronized to ensure razor-sharp pattern edges without bleeding.
Stiff, Plastic Hand-Feel & Low Breathability
"Pigment printed fabrics frequently feel scratchy, rubbery, and stiff, blocking natural airflow and degrading wearer comfort in sportswear and children's garments."
How We Solve It
We specialize in reactive and vat screen printing alongside water-based bio-pigment inks. By steaming and washing out unbound dyestuffs, our printed fabrics retain 100% of the natural softness and drape of the base knit or woven fabric.
Digital Print Color Fading After Commercial Washing
"High-definition digital prints (`DTG or sublimation`) often crack, peel, or wash out drastically after 5 to 10 laundry cycles, ruining garment value and leading to consumer brand dissatisfaction."
How We Solve It
We operate industrial high-speed Mimaki digital textile printers utilizing OEKO-TEX® certified reactive inks followed by high-temperature continuous steaming (`102°C for 10 minutes`) and multi-stage enzymatic washing. Prints achieve Grade 4.5+ wash fastness.
Whether you need complex multi-color floral designs or strict military-grade camouflage patterns, our high-definition printing lines deliver crisp, permanent results. The printed fabric is then sent for final surface finishing.
