Final Inspection Process (4-Point-System)
We adhere strictly to the American Standard 4-Point System (ASTM D5430) during 100% pre-shipment roll table inspection. Rolls exceeding 40 penalty points per 100 linear yards are immediately rejected and re-worked.
Penalty Point Allocation Schedule
Minor slubs, tiny color specks, or small knot ends.
Short missing picks, light streak marks, or minor weave tension dips.
Noticeable float threads, selvedge irregularity, or dye bar marks.
Any hole, major tear, severe oil stain, or continuous warp run.
Inspection Reports & Video Logs
Every container shipment leaving our Dongyang QA network hub is accompanied by an electronic Inspection Report summarizing:
