PHASE 06 • IN-HOUSE QA HUB

Certified ISO / ASTM Physical & Chemical Testing

Every dye lot undergoes 100% in-house laboratory validation. We test pilling resistance (Standard Pilling & Abrasion), tensile & tear strength, bursting pressure, dimensional stability (shrinkage), and pH/formaldehyde compliance.

INDUSTRY PAIN POINTS

Why Brands Switch to Our Production Line

CHALLENGE 01

Unexpected Fabric Shrinkage & Distortion After Garment Assembly

"Garment factories frequently experience disastrous dimensional shrinkage (`>7% warp shrinkage or side seam twisting`) when washed by consumers because suppliers failed to perform accredited ISO 6330 washing tests before shipment."

CHANTRU TEXTILE SOLUTION

How We Solve It

Our in-house Dongyang testing laboratory operates standardized Launder-Ometer and automatic washing machines according to ISO 6330 and AATCC 135 standards. We guarantee dimensional stability under 3% (`or <= 5% for high-stretch cotton elastane`) with zero torque twisting before releasing any dye lot.

CHALLENGE 02

Color Bleeding & Failure of ISO 105 Colorfastness Standards

"Fabrics that fail colorfastness testing bleed onto lighter panels during garment finishing or washing, resulting in entire garment production batches being rejected by third-party inspection agencies (`SGS / Intertek`)."

CHANTRU TEXTILE SOLUTION

How We Solve It

Every single dye lot undergoes comprehensive ISO 105 colorfastness testing in our lab before rolling. We verify colorfastness to domestic washing (`ISO 105-C06`), wet/dry rubbing (`ISO 105-X12 Grade 4-5`), artificial sunlight (`ISO 105-B02`), and acidic/alkaline perspiration.

CHALLENGE 03

Tensile & Tearing Strength Collapse Under Mechanical Stress

"Protective fabrics and outerwear fabrics often rip at pocket seams or stress points due to insufficient tensile breaking force or tearing resistance caused by over-bleaching or aggressive finishing chemicals."

CHANTRU TEXTILE SOLUTION

How We Solve It

We test every greige and finished lot using computerized electronic tensile strength and Elmendorf tearing testers according to ASTM D5034 (`Grab Test`) and ASTM D1424 (`Tear`). We guarantee protective fabric drills achieve >1,200N tensile and >45N tear strength.

CERTIFIED COMPLIANCE PROTOCOL

Only after the fabric passes every single ISO/ASTM physical and chemical test in our in-house lab does it receive its QA Hub certification. The approved batch then proceeds to final in-line inspection.
